KENTUCKY — Two people were taken to the hospital Thursday morning after a shooting in Nicholasville, authorities said.
The incident occurred on the 300 block of Edgewood Drive.
Police said the person who fired the shots is cooperating with detectives as the investigation continues. The conditions of the victims were not immediately available.
Authorities have closed roads at South 3rd Street and Bellechase Lane and are asking residents to avoid the area while the investigation is underway.
