SOUTH CAROLINA — Deputies are searching for a suspect following a shooting and break-in at a Greenville County home early Wednesday morning.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office reported that the incident occurred around 6:17 a.m. on the 300 block of Butter Street. Authorities said a man had broken into the residence and was shot during an altercation.
The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived. He is described as a white man, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds, with blue eyes and blond hair.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts to call 911 immediately. The investigation remains ongoing.
