
OHIO — A 45-year-old woman was killed Friday afternoon after being struck by two vehicles on Tuscarawas Street West, according to Canton police.
The crash happened around 2:22 p.m. in the 2400 block of Tuscarawas Street. Investigators said a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling eastbound hit a pedestrian who was walking north across the roadway.
The impact threw her into the westbound lane, where she was struck again by a 2018 Honda Civic.
The victim, identified as Erica Wynn, was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
