OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Three investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating Zoumana Doumbia, wanted in connection with a felonious assault.
Authorities say the incident occurred on August 28, 2025, when Doumbia, 40, allegedly bit a victim in the face during a physical altercation. The victim required stitches for their injuries.
Doumbia is described as a Black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 135–137 pounds. Police say he has a history of domestic violence and was last known to live on East Tower Drive in the Westwood area.
Doumbia was officially listed as wanted on September 26, 2025.
Investigators are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Cincinnati Police or Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. Authorities caution that Doumbia should not be approached, as he may be considered dangerous.
