FLORIDA — Two people are dead following a multi-vehicle crash involving a Lamborghini on State Road 528 near Exit 2 by the theme parks, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said a Lamborghini Huracan was traveling eastbound in the center outside lane around the same time as a Ford F-550 in front of it. The Lamborghini driver failed to stop and struck the rear of the Ford.
The driver of the Lamborghini, a 41-year-old man from Kissimmee, and his passenger, a 41-year-old man from Windermere, were transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead.
The driver of the Ford was not injured. All eastbound lanes of SR-528 were shut down, and officials urged drivers to expect delays and seek alternate routes.
