NORTH CAROLINA — The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old boy from the Hubert area.
Zachary Milburn was last seen on Saturday, Sept. 20, around 1:12 p.m. He was on foot near Parnell Road, heading toward Sandridge Road.
Officials described Zachary as wearing black and green plaid pajama pants, a green hoodie with a Roundtree deer logo, and black and red sandals. He has brown hair, brown eyes, a scar under his chin, and is known to wear a rope chain necklace.
