FLORIDA — About two dozen people were hospitalized Thursday after pepper spray was used during a fight at Lake Worth High School, officials said.
According to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, between 20 and 30 individuals are receiving treatment following the incident.
Emergency crews responded in large numbers to the school on Lake Worth Road.
No further details about the fight or the condition of those affected were immediately released.
Authorities continue to investigate the situation.
