KENTUCKY — Bluegrass Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating Lakisha Russell, who has an active warrant for Facilitation of Robbery in the first degree.
Russell, 21, was born on August 6, 2004, and is described as a Black female with long black hair and brown eyes.
She stands approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 144–145 pounds. Authorities warn that she should be considered wanted until located and taken into custody.
Anyone with information about Russell’s whereabouts is urged to contact Bluegrass Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously to assist law enforcement in safely apprehending her.
