OHIO — A 16-year-old boy was killed and another person critically injured in a shooting Tuesday evening, according to Cincinnati police.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 5 p.m. along East McMicken Avenue near Walnut Street in Grant Park. When they arrived, they found two people with gunshot wounds.
The victims were transported to a hospital, where one was identified as Thomas Bell, 16, who later died from his injuries. The second victim remains in critical condition.
Police said the shooting remains under investigation.
