KENTUCKY — A Smiths Grove man faces multiple drug and traffic-related charges following a stop at a Warren County traffic safety checkpoint on Sunday.
Kentucky State Police said they made contact with 35-year-old Lance Bailey on Jackson Bridge Road. Troopers noted that Bailey was shaking uncontrollably and asked him to exit the vehicle.
Bailey reportedly admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle earlier that day.

Bailey was arrested and is being held at the Warren County Regional Jail.
He faces charges including first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense, more than 2 grams of methamphetamine), trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces, first offense), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of a prescription drug not in its proper container.
