NORTH CAROLINA — Police say two juveniles were shot in the downtown area Sunday night.
The shooting occurred around 10:30 p.m. near Third and Trade streets. Officers responding to the scene found both juveniles with gunshot wounds.
One of the juveniles sustained life-threatening injuries, while the second was treated and released from a local hospital.
Winston-Salem police said the investigation is ongoing.
