OHIO — Police discovered the body of a woman inside a Cleveland home late Thursday night.
According to the Cleveland Division of Police, officers were called to the 12100 block of Angelus Avenue in the Union-Miles neighborhood around 8:50 p.m. for a welfare check. When they entered the residence, they found a woman who was deceased.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the woman as 57-year-old Teresa Powell of Cleveland. Her body has been taken to the examiner’s office for further evaluation.
Police have not released additional details and have not said whether Powell’s death is considered suspicious.
