SOUTH CAROLINA — One person was injured Thursday in a four-vehicle crash at Fantasy Harbour Boulevard and Forestbrook Road, officials said.
Horry County Fire Rescue responded around 11:11 a.m. Emergency personnel transported the injured individual to a hospital, while three other people involved declined medical transport.
Traffic lanes in the area remain blocked, and officials are advising drivers to avoid the intersection until the scene is cleared.
