GEORGIA — An 18-year-old woman has died following a shooting Friday night in Columbus.
Police responded around 11 p.m. to the 1000 block of Bay Avenue, where they found Kalieah Davis suffering from a gunshot wound. Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan reported that Davis was shot in the head while sitting in a vehicle with at least two other people. She was transported to Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital, where she later died.
Authorities have not released additional details, including whether a suspect has been identified or any arrests made.
