ALABAMA — A man was arrested Tuesday after deputies found more than 40 grams of methamphetamine during a traffic stop, the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Authorities said deputies pulled over a vehicle near the intersection of Highway 20 and County Road 13. The driver, identified as Travis Leon Young, had active felony warrants from Lauderdale County.
During a search of Young’s vehicle, deputies discovered approximately 41.4 grams of methamphetamine, along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Young was taken into custody and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
