OHIO — Police are investigating the shooting death of a 27-year-old man on Wednesday night.
According to the Akron Police Department, officers and EMS responded to the 900 block of Dayton Street around 10:30 p.m. for reports of a shooting.
First responders found the man inside a residence with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene around 11 p.m., according to the Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The victim has not yet been identified. Police have not released any information about a suspect.
