INDIANA — Michiana Crime Stoppers and local law enforcement are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on multiple firearm-related charges.
Jimmie Hunt Jr., a Black male, is wanted by authorities in St. Joseph County for unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and unlawful carrying of a handgun.
Hunt is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was officially listed as wanted on August 8, 2025.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have information on Hunt’s whereabouts to contact Michiana Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and cash rewards may be available for information leading to his arrest.
Law enforcement reminds the public not to approach or attempt to apprehend Hunt, but to report sightings immediately.
