OHIO — Lancaster man has died following a one-vehicle crash Thursday evening in Pickaway County.
According to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred around 4:57 p.m. in the 18,000 block of Commercial Point Drive, just east of Anderson Road and north of Circleville.
Deputies said a 2024 Chevrolet Colorado was traveling eastbound when the driver failed to navigate a curve, causing the truck to veer off the road and strike a tree.
The driver, identified as 47-year-old Jason Hoffman, was transported to Grant Medical Center in Columbus, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
The crash remains under investigation by the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office.
