
TENNESSEE — A 21-year-old man faces attempted murder charges after allegedly stabbing another man five times during a fight early Saturday morning.
Jordin Henderson was arrested Sunday morning on a second-degree attempted murder charge following the incident on Holbrook Drive around 1:45 a.m.
According to a police warrant, the 23-year-old victim was at a party at a friend’s house when a fight broke out between him and Henderson. The victim told police he did not realize he had been stabbed until after the altercation ended.
The warrant states the victim was stabbed three times in the back and twice in the chest, suffering a collapsed lung. After being shown a photo of Henderson, the victim identified him as the attacker. Multiple witnesses also confirmed the victim’s account.
Henderson was arrested by officers from the Community Engagement Response Team at a Marion Drive residence around 5 p.m. Saturday.
He is currently held at Knox County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
