GEORGIA — Two people were injured in an overnight shooting in Columbus early Sunday morning, according to police.
Officers responded to the 2600 block of Juniper Avenue, where the shooting was reported.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims or details surrounding the incident.
A significant police presence was also observed on nearby Japonica Drive.
Columbus police confirmed that the two scenes are connected.
