FLORIDA — A multi-agency drug bust has shut down a homemade edible operation in Jupiter that was selling psilocybin and THC-laced products under the brand name “Alli’s Edibles,” according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies from PBSO, along with the Delray Beach Police Department and PBSO SWAT, executed a search warrant at a home in the 15700 block of 95th Avenue North.

Upon arrival, authorities say the two suspects—54-year-old Allison Moyer and her husband, 59-year-old Greg Scrudders—complied with orders and were escorted from the residence while the home was searched.

Inside, deputies found what they described as a drug distribution operation disguised as a candy business. Seized items included:

  • Clear jars containing marijuana packaged for sale
  • THC-infused candies and chocolates
  • Psilocybin-laced candies and chocolates
  • Rolling trays, pre-rolled papers, and packaging materials

Authorities recovered approximately one pound of marijuana, more than five ounces of psilocybin mushrooms, and over four pounds of THC edibles.

Many of the items were self-branded as “Alli’s Edibles,” complete with a homemade menu listing available flavors. A ledger detailing profit and production costs was also recovered, along with $290 in cash.

Moyer and Scrudders were both charged with possession and intent to sell a Schedule I and Schedule II substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, drug production, and trafficking synthetic cannabinoids over 280 grams.

The investigation is ongoing.
