KENTUCKY — A man has died following an early morning shooting in the Algonquin neighborhood, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Officers were called around 4 a.m. Friday to the 1600 block of Moore Court after a ShotSpotter alert indicated gunfire in the area.
When police arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to a hospital in critical condition but died Monday morning, police said.
LMPD’s Homicide Unit is investigating the case. As of now, no suspect information has been released.
