
INDIANA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man from Kokomo who hasn’t been heard from in more than a month.
According to the Kokomo Police Department, 43-year-old Jason Chamness has not been in contact with his mother since May.
Efforts to reach him by phone or through acquaintances have been unsuccessful, and he has not been seen at places he is known to frequent.
A missing persons report was filed on July 5.
Chamness is described as a white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing approximately 235 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo of the name “Jada” on his neck and a Playboy bunny tattoo on his right hand.
Police say Chamness drives a silver and black 2012 Chrysler 300 with Indiana license plate 948DLQ and dark tinted windows. The vehicle was last spotted in Tipton County on July 9.
