OHIO — One person was taken to the hospital following a shooting early Saturday morning in Montgomery County.
Emergency crews responded around 12:45 a.m. to the 300 block of Lawncrest Avenue in Jefferson Township after receiving reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, first responders found a person who had been shot in the chest and leg.
The victim was transported by medics to a nearby hospital.
No further details on the victim’s condition were immediately available.
