FLORIDA — The City of Quincy is offering a one-time $75 utility bill credit to eligible residential utility customers, city officials announced Friday.

The credit was approved by city commissioners during their meeting on Tuesday and will be available from April 22 through May 22.

To qualify, customers must have had an active residential utility account with the city as of January 1 and must be in good standing or on an approved payment plan.

To receive the credit, customers must pay their current bill in full, including any amount under a payment plan.

The credit will be applied immediately when payment is made through the customer service drive-thru window, by phone, in the drop-box, in person, or by mail.

For payments made online through Point and Pay, the credit will be applied to the following bill.

For more information, residents can contact Quincy Customer Service Supervisor Anessa Canidate at anessacanidate@myquincy.net or call 850-618-1881.
