MICHIGAN — A 60-year-old Rockford man died after a single-vehicle crash in Clinton County on Friday morning, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
The crash occurred around 10 a.m. on North Watson Road near French Road in Duplain Township, near Elsie. Deputies said the man was driving southbound when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver was transported to a hospital, where he later died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities said no other vehicles or individuals were involved.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
