FLORIDA — A man was hospitalized Sunday after suffering multiple gunshot wounds in a shooting in Lauderhill, according to police.
Officers with the Lauderhill Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 4160 NW 21st St. Upon arriving at the scene, officers searched for a possible victim but were initially unable to locate anyone.
Police later learned that a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds had arrived at Florida Medical Center. The victim was subsequently transferred to Broward Health Medical Center for further treatment.
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity or provided an update on his condition.
Investigators have not announced any suspects or a possible motive in the shooting.
