TENNESSEE — A man was killed early Sunday morning in a hit-and-run crash in the Parkway Village area of Memphis, according to police.
The Memphis Police Department said officers responded to the scene near Knight Arnold Road and East Danville Circle shortly after 1 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been struck by a vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said an unknown vehicle hit the man and then fled the area without stopping.
Police have not released the identity of the victim or provided a description of the vehicle involved.
