OHIO — Law enforcement officials are searching for suspects following a shooting north of Hebron on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Licking County Sheriff’s Office, deputies and officers with the Newark Police Department responded to a shooting reported near the intersection of State Route 79 and Enterprise Drive.
Authorities said two suspects were taken into custody as part of the investigation. Sheriff Randy Thorp said law enforcement officers searched the scene and surrounding area but did not locate any additional suspects.
Investigators are continuing to work to determine how many people may have been involved in the incident.
