TEXAS — A man died Monday after being found with a stab wound on San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Police said officers responded Monday afternoon to the 15000 block of Nacogdoches Road, near Judson Road, where they found a man suffering from a stab wound.
Authorities said the victim, believed to be in his 20s or 30s, was transported to a hospital for treatment. He was later pronounced dead.
Police have not released the man’s identity, and details surrounding the circumstances of the stabbing were not immediately available.
The investigation remains ongoing.
