OKLAHOMA — A motorcyclist died following a collision involving an SUV on Saturday afternoon in Bixby, according to police.
The crash occurred near South 53rd East Avenue and State Highway 67. Officers with the Bixby Police Department responded to the scene on May 30 after receiving reports of the accident.
When first responders arrived, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Authorities have not released the identity of the deceased pending notification of next of kin. No information about the occupants of the SUV or whether anyone else was injured has been released.
Police said the circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
