
KENTUCKY — A Bowling Green man is facing multiple drug-related charges after a traffic stop Wednesday, according to authorities.
Police said the Bowling Green Police Department stopped a vehicle on Morgantown Road for excessive window tinting.
According to a uniform citation, the driver was identified as 30-year-old Pedro Alfaro of Bowling Green.
Authorities said Alfaro was asked to exit the vehicle, and during a search, officers located methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana in his possession.
Police said Alfaro was then handcuffed and placed in the back of a patrol vehicle.
During a search of the vehicle, officers reportedly found a cell phone and a wallet containing cash.
Alfaro is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, involving two grams or more of methamphetamine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance involving cocaine; trafficking in marijuana, first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and excessive windshield or window tinting.
He remains lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
