MINNESOTA — The Winona County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 22-year-old man last seen Saturday evening in southeastern Winona County.
Authorities said Elijah Michael McCumber was last seen around 7:21 p.m. on May 23 on the dead-end portion of Echo Valley Drive.
According to the sheriff’s office, McCumber was believed to be wearing a black T-shirt, black baseball cap and gray sweatpants. He was also reportedly carrying a black backpack.
Family members told investigators that McCumber’s facial hair is currently longer than shown in some earlier photos released by authorities.
The sheriff’s office first shared information about the case on social media Sunday. As of Monday morning, McCumber remained missing.
