ILLINOIS — A $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold in Illinois for Monday night’s drawing, according to lottery officials.
The winning numbers for the May 18, 2026, Powerball drawing were 4, 13, 34, 61 and 65, with a Powerball of 12. The Power Play multiplier was 2x.
While no ticket matched all six numbers to claim the estimated $101 million jackpot, one ticket sold in Illinois matched four white balls and the Powerball to win a $50,000 prize.
The jackpot carried an estimated cash value of $44.5 million at the time of the drawing.
Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday night. Players who match all five white balls win $1 million, while smaller prizes are awarded for matching fewer numbers, including the Powerball.
