PENNSYLVANIA — A multi-vehicle crash has shut down part of Interstate 81 North in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania, Monday afternoon, according to authorities.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. in New Milford Township.
Officials said the crash involved multiple vehicles along I-81 North.
All northbound lanes remain shut down between the New Milford and Great Bend exits, with traffic being detoured at the New Milford exit.
There was no immediate word on injuries Monday afternoon.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area and expect delays while emergency crews continue working at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
