
NORTH CAROLINA — Investigators with the Davidson Anti-Drug Regional Task Force concluded an ongoing narcotics investigation Tuesday by executing a search warrant at a home on Tussey Road in Lexington.
According to the task force, investigators served the warrant at 151 Tussey Road on May 5, where they seized distributable amounts of methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, THC wax, Suboxone and Xanax, along with 16 firearms and U.S. currency.
Joshua Ryan Michael was arrested and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine; possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a Schedule I controlled substance (psilocybin mushrooms); felony possession of marijuana; possession of a Schedule III controlled substance (Suboxone); maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances; possession of drug paraphernalia; and felony possession of a weapon of mass destruction.
Michael was placed in the Davidson County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Davidson County District Court on May 19.
