OHIO — One person is dead after a shooting at a gas station in east Columbus early Monday morning, according to police.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were called to the Eagle Fuels gas station at 3851 East Livingston Ave. around 4:55 a.m.
A Columbus public safety dispatcher said one person was taken to a hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead.
Authorities have not released the victim’s identity.
Police have not provided information about a possible suspect or what led to the shooting.
The investigation remains ongoing.
