VIRGINIA — A deadly crash shut down a portion of Route 5 in Henrico County on Monday morning.
According to police, the crash occurred along New Market Road, prompting authorities to close the roadway between New Market Heights Lane and Farmers Circle Drive in both directions.
Officials said around 8:15 a.m. that the road would remain closed for several hours while crews investigate the scene.
