OKLAHOMA — A 21-year-old woman from Lone Grove was killed early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash along Interstate 35 in Carter County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Authorities identified the victim as Kylie N. Ward.
Troopers said Ward was traveling southbound near mile marker 45 just before 3 a.m. when her vehicle left the roadway to the left for unknown reasons. The vehicle then overturned multiple times before coming to rest on its top.
Ward was wearing a seatbelt and was the sole occupant of the vehicle, officials said. She died from injuries sustained in the crash.
Next of kin have been notified.
The crash remains under investigation.
