PENNSYLVANIA — A body was discovered inside a parked car in Delaware County on Thursday, according to authorities.
Police said the discovery was made along the 600 block of Yale Avenue in Springfield Township, near the scene of an earlier burglary that led to a police pursuit and crash.
Investigators noted that Yale Avenue is the same street where a resident confronted two home intruders just before noon that day. Authorities believe those intruders later crashed into a pole along City Avenue in Lower Merion. Two people were arrested in connection with that incident.
Despite the proximity of the two घटनાઓ, Springfield Township police said the body found in the vehicle is not related to the burglary and does not appear to be suspicious.
The Delaware County Medical Examiner’s Office is working to determine the cause of death.
