NEW JERSEY — New Jersey lottery players scored big in the Wednesday, April 29 Powerball drawing, which featured an estimated $143 million jackpot.
The winning numbers were 3, 19, 35, 51, 67, with a Powerball of 15. The Power Play multiplier for the drawing was 2x, and the jackpot carried a cash value of approximately $65.2 million.
While the jackpot-winning tickets were sold in Indiana and Kansas, New Jersey produced a large number of high-tier winners. Lottery officials confirmed that four tickets worth $2 million each were sold in the state, with the Power Play doubling the standard $1 million prize after matching all five white ball numbers.
In addition, 14 tickets worth $1 million each were sold in New Jersey after matching all five white ball numbers but not the Powerball.
Officials have not yet released details on where the winning tickets were sold or the identities of the winners.
Powerball drawings are held three times a week, giving players multiple opportunities to win substantial cash prizes.
