
OHIO — One person has died following a head-on collision Monday morning in Warren, according to police.
The crash occurred around 10:22 a.m. near the intersection of East Market Street and Bonnie Brae Avenue NE. Investigators said multiple people were inside the two vehicles at the time of the collision.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported several আহত individuals to a nearby hospital for treatment. While authorities confirmed one fatality, they also reported that others sustained serious injuries.
The crash happened near the former Trumbull Regional Medical Center, now known as the closed Insight Hospital. Firefighters had to remove doors from both vehicles to reach those trapped inside. Initial reports indicated that at least three people were unconscious when first responders arrived.
Witnesses told dispatchers that a woman and two children, including an infant, were among those involved in the crash.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the Warren Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division. Officials have not yet released the names of those involved or provided updates on the conditions of the injured.
