
VIRGINIA — A teenager was injured in a pedestrian crash Monday evening in Virginia Beach, according to police.
The Virginia Beach Police Department said the incident happened around 6:07 p.m. on April 27 in the 2100 block of Pleasure House Road.
Officers responded to the scene after receiving a report of a crash involving a pedestrian. When they arrived, they located both the driver and the pedestrian, identified as a 16-year-old.
Authorities said the teen was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said the investigation was completed at the scene and the roadway was cleared shortly afterward.
