KENTUCKY — Police have issued an Operation Return Home alert for a missing 36-year-old man, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Christopher Phillips was last seen Thursday after leaving his home in the 5500 block of La Fleur Way. Authorities said he has not been heard from since.
Police said Phillips was last seen wearing a T-shirt, gray sweatpants and black Timberland boots. He was reportedly last seen in the area of South Park and Blue Lick Road.
Officials said his family believes he may be in crisis and are concerned for his safety.
Anyone with information about Phillips’ whereabouts is asked to contact Louisville Metro Police at 502-574-LMPD (5673).
The investigation is ongoing.
