FLORIDA — Florida lottery players scored two notable wins in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing, with officials confirming that two tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in the state.
The drawing, held April 25, produced the winning numbers 4, 30, 36, 52, 57, with a Powerball of 2. The Power Play multiplier was 3x. While no ticket matched all six numbers to claim the estimated $120 million jackpot, the pair of Florida winners matched four white balls and the Powerball to secure their $50,000 prizes.
Lottery officials said the jackpot had an estimated cash value of $54.5 million at the time of the drawing. The top prize will continue to grow ahead of the next drawing, as no grand prize winner was recorded.
Details about where the winning Florida tickets were sold were not immediately released. Players are encouraged to check their tickets carefully and sign the back of any winning ticket before claiming a prize.
Powerball drawings are held three times a week, offering players multiple chances to win as the jackpot continues to climb.
