PENNSYLVANIA — An 80-year-old woman died following a crash earlier this week in Lancaster County, according to the coroner’s office.
The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Nadine Saenen, of Providence Township. Officials said the crash happened Monday on Marietta Avenue (Route 23) at Bridge Valley Road in West Hempfield Township.
Authorities said Saenen died from multiple blunt force trauma. Her death was ruled accidental, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials confirmed another vehicle was involved in the crash. The driver of that vehicle was transported to a hospital. No information has been released regarding that person’s condition.
West Hempfield Township Police are investigating the crash.
