OHIO — A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Cleveland’s East Side early Sunday morning, according to authorities.
Cleveland EMS said the incident occurred in the 4300 block of Lee Road. Paramedics responded to the scene for a woman believed to be in her 70s, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not released additional details about the vehicle involved or a possible suspect.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities say more information will be released as it becomes available.
