
OHIO — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered 16-year-old boy with autism.
Officers responded Saturday to the 14300 block of Kelso Avenue in Cleveland after Joseph Rice was reported missing. According to police, Rice has a history of running away and was previously reported missing on April 8 before being located on April 16 in the 16100 block of Lakeshore Avenue.
Rice was last seen wearing a pink jogging suit with red writing and carrying a red, white, and black Jordan backpack.
Authorities said the teen does not have access to his prescribed medications, increasing concern for his safety.
