
FLORIDA — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a Missing Child Alert Friday morning for a 16-year-old boy reported missing from Homestead.
According to authorities, Deniro Venero was last seen Thursday in the 1200 block of Southeast 29th Street. At the time, he was wearing a navy sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and blue Crocs.
Investigators believe Deniro may have traveled to the Sweetwater area. The Sweetwater Police Department attempted to locate him in the 700 block of Southwest 110th Avenue but were unable to find him.
Police said Deniro was reported missing by his mother and has been diagnosed with several mental health disorders and has had suicidal ideations.
He is described as a white Hispanic male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing about 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
