ALABAMA — An early morning police chase in Mobile ended with a crash on Interstate 10 Monday, according to the Mobile Police Department.
Authorities said officers attempted to stop a vehicle, but the driver refused to pull over, leading to a pursuit.
The chase occurred around 8 a.m. and ended when the vehicle crashed on I-10 westbound at the Dauphin Island Parkway exit ramp.
Photos from the scene show the vehicle stopped off the roadway in a grassy area following the crash.
No information has been released about injuries or whether any arrests were made.
Officials said a crew was headed to the scene, and more details are expected as the investigation continues.
